Ethics and Estate Planning: A Guide for Preplanning and Insurance Professionals

This course explores the philosophy of ethics, ethical conduct for preplanning and insurance professionals and the overlap of preplanning and estate planning. The information will help preplanning and insurance professionals to better serve the senior market with more awareness of ethical concerns. Additionally, attendees will be armed with proactive measures they can take to minimize risk for all interested parties: agents, policy holders and insurance companies. Finally, the course will cover estate planning as it relates to preplanning and options for assisting clients with their estate planning needs.
