Haven't Received Your 2023 Convention CE Certificate?

If you have not received your certificate to the email address in the OFDA database profile, please CLICK HERE to find out how to download, print and/or save your certificate! 

OFDA must be notified by August 5, 2023 of any errors. CE corrections will not be made after this date.

Should you need to contact OFDA regarding an error or discrepancy, please email the following information to amyb@ofdaonline.org: 

• Full Name
• Badge ID Number (if known)
• Dates Attended
• Session Date, Title and Time of error/discrepancy
