Irene Catavolos (nee Pirovolos) age 91, entered into eternal rest peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family December 31, 2019. She was the beloved wife of the late Pete Catavolos, loving mother of George and Christina and dearest mother in-law of Kathie. Dear yiayia of Pete (Jordyn), Alexandra (Brandon) Sharp and Michael. And proud great-yiayia of "Baby Catavolos" to-be. Dear aunt, great-aunt and friend of many. Irene was the dearest sister of the following deceased; George (Elaine), Steve (Anna), Goldie (Steve), Thelma (George) and Nicholas (Popi). Family will receive friends Friday January 3, from 5-8pm at the CANNON LOPRESTI & CATAVOLOS FUNERAL HOME 11210 Detroit Ave. Cleveland. Trisagion service at 7pm (FREE VALET PARKING AT MAIN ENTRANCE) All Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 4, 11am at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church 22909 Center Ridge Road, Rocky River, Rev.
