Roberts Funeral Home, a family-owned firm serving families across five locations since 1986, is seeking a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer to join our team in Wooster, Ohio.
Our directors take pride in providing personalized, meaningful services in a caring and professional environment. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping families through every step of the funeral process.
Responsibilities include:
- Meeting with families to plan and direct funeral and memorial services
- Embalming and preparation of decedents
- Coordinating services with clergy, cemeteries, and staff
- Maintaining a high standard of care and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Current Ohio Funeral Director and Embalmer license (or reciprocal eligibility)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A heart for serving families with dignity and respect
