Taylor-Theller Funeral & Cremation Service of Amanda is actively searching for an experienced funeral director and embalmer or a strong apprenticeship candidate to become the newest member of our team. We work closely with and share our staff with two additional family owned and operated funeral homes in the area to allow for the best possible work/life balance while still serving families in predominantly rural areas. Based in Amanda, you are tucked in the foothills of the Hocking Hills but close to Lancaster and Columbus where you will find limitless opportunities for ways to enjoy your days off.

A freshly remodeled and redecorated living space is available immediately next door to the funeral home.
We will offer a work schedule centered around every other weekend off and rotating nights on/off call. Removals, embalming, arrangements, and directing services are all part of this position. You will find that your responsibilities align very closely with the owners of the firms.
