Hilton OFDA Room Block Update
If you need to cancel your reservation at the Hilton, please contact Amy Baucher at the OFDA office before making the cancellation. This will allow us to accommodate someone on the waitlist.
The Hilton Columbus at Easton is the OFDA convention headquarters. First class accommodations are available at the AAA 4-Diamond Hotel that offers many extras including Herb n’ Kitchen, swimming pool, expanded fitness center, technology for the business traveler, and the Easton Social (lobby bar). Enhance your stay by experiencing all Easton Town Center has to offer—shopping, dining, entertainment!
Reservation Information for OFDA Convention Attendees:
Please note that the room block for the OFDA Convention is now sold out, and the deadline for securing the special group rate has passed. We encourage attendees to contact the Hilton directly at (614) 414-5000 to inquire about room availability. While the special group rate of $199 plus tax per night is no longer guaranteed, the hotel may still have rooms available at varying rates depending on current availability. We recommend reaching out as soon as possible for any last-minute accommodations.
Hilton Additional Details:
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made by 4:00 PM at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date, or a one-night room and tax charge will apply.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon).
- Late Check-Outs: Requests for late check-outs are handled on a case-by-case basis and can be made directly with the Hilton Front Office, subject to availability.

Easton is home to 4 hotels with more than 500 hotel rooms which offer guests best-in-class amenities and meeting space. The Easton Hilton, Marriott Courtyard, the Marriott Residence Inn, and the Aloft hotel are all located adjacent to Easton Town Center so visitors can experience Ohio’s finest shopping and dining right outside their door.
Aloft Columbus Easton:
OFDA has arranged a special overflow room block at the Aloft Columbus Easton. To secure the special group rate of $169 plus tax, reservations must be made by April 14, 2025. The group rate is available for stays on April 28, 29, and 30, 2025. Simply click the link below, choose your unique arrival and departure dates and proceed through the prompts until you receive a confirmation number. If you intend to arrive before or depart after the dates above, you will need to contact the hotel sales office for direct assistance. Otherwise, all reservations can be made through the link below.
Important: If you are reserving a room at Aloft, please ensure your booking is completed by Monday, April 14th. Any remaining inventory will be released to the general public on the morning of Tuesday, April 15th.
