Participants will learn effective communication strategies to engage with today’s insurance consumers while upholding ethical standards. This course satisfies the 3-hour ethics requirement for Major Lines Licensees.

Note: This insurance program is approved for continuing education by the Ohio Department of Insurance (ODI) and is designed for licensed insurance agents in the funeral service profession. This course does not qualify for continuing education credit with the State of Ohio Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors.
