The Business of Preneed
This course focuses on the economics of a preneed company – how a preneed policy works and how a preneed company makes money, the important factors in choosing a preneed company, the similarities and differences among four of the major preneed insurance companies, the moral dilemma with preneed, preneed’s role in a funeral home’s success and in the funeral home’s culture, tools to help manage a preneed program and preneed’s role in the future of deathcare. This information will help attendees be better funeral service professionals and better leaders. This information will help increase the relevance of death care and your role in it. Attendees will have a better understanding of how to develop relationships and solve problems with families before and after they have a death.
