Emotional Intelligence for Funeral Directors
Working in the funeral profession can be very stressful and may account for why so many funeral directors leave the industry within the first five years. With the pandemic, school shootings and other traumatic events, our profession needs to assist our first responders and communities to find ways to not only cope with their stress but to also find ways to prevent it from negatively affecting them. Improving and refining emotional intelligence is the important key to properly assisting those who need you the most, including yourself.
