3PM EASTERN (12:00 PT / 2:00 CT / 1:00 MT) Duration: 60 minutes
You used to build connections with your community in person. Maybe at a local church or non-profit organization. Or perhaps traditional print media got families to pick up the phone and call you. Even before the pandemic, many people made up their minds about end-of-life decisions before speaking to a funeral director. However, as a funeral director, you can reach people online before they make a decision and teach them end-of-life choices involve more than a disposition and educate them on the importance of the grieving process, whether that's done virtually or in person.
Using Facebook and other digital media resources, you can educate your community on end-of-life options, different types of dispositions, the importance of a service or memorial to the grieving process, key reasons to preplan, and also a place to share powerful information on grief and healing after a loss.
