Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer to join our team. This role is essential in guiding families through one of life’s most difficult moments with care, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Meet with families to arrange and coordinate funeral services
Oversee all aspects of services, ensuring each family’s wishes are honored
Embalm and prepare remains in accordance with industry standards
Direct visitations, funeral ceremonies, and graveside services
Complete necessary documentation (death certificates, permits, etc.)
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service

Qualifications

Current Ohio Funeral Director & Embalmer License
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
