John L. Carey, Jr., 83, passed away Friday, May 20. Beloved husband of the late Kathie (nee Herron). Dearest father of Ann Marie (Tom) Butler, Sean (Tricia), Jim (Jennifer), Maureen (Ron) Russ and the late Patricia Martau. Loving grandfather of Tommy (Heather), Sean, Carey, Kait (Russell) Potoma, Connor (Sarah), Molly and Aidan Butler. Megan (Shaun) Thorsen, Kevin and Katherine Martau, Emma, Casey, Bailey, Lexi and the late Madison and Jack Russ, Kayla and Aubrey, Scarlett and Leo Carey. Great-grandfather of Charlie, Bella and Paige Butler, Cecelia, Declan and the late Evelyn Potoma, Eleanor Butler. Brother of Sr. Kathleen Carey, C.S.J., Michael (Cara), and the late Dorothy (Eugene) Stack. Brother-in-law of Elizabeth (the late Eric) Manson, Robert (Joyce), Vernon (Muggy) and the late William (Marge) and Ronald (Margie) Herron. Beloved uncle to many.
