Notification of Death - Mary Ann Whitacre

OFDA received word this afternoon that Mary Ann Whitacre, 49, died March 12, 2007 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Mary was the sister of Jill Kooken, previous OFDA trust officer with Banc One, now JP Morgan Chase.

The family will receive friends Friday, March 16, from 4:00-7:00 PM at the Novak Funeral Home, 4476 North High Street, Columbus, Ohio with a prayer service at 7:00 PM. Mass of Christian burial will be Saturday, March 17 at 10:00 AM at St. Timothy Catholic Church, 1088 Thomas Lane. Interment in Union Cemetery.
