Notification of Death - William E. Snow

January 27, 2006

OFDA received word this afternoon that William E. Snow, 73, of Port Clinton, OH died Friday, January 27, 2006 at H. B. Magruder Hospital, Port Clinton. He married Margaret Lukac on Feb. 12, 1966 and she survives. He attended Bowling Green State University and graduated from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science in 1963. Bill was a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer for over 40 years working for Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home in Port Clinton and Marblehead, OH. He was a United States Navy Veteran serving in the Korean War.

Surviving are his wife: Margaret; daughter: Tracy Snow of Westerville; daughter: Vickie (Bruce) Arps of Defiance, OH; son: Mike Snow of Delta, OH; grandchildren: Shawna, Jamie, Keira, Phillip and Paul; brothers: Daniel of Bowling Green, Ronald of Flagler Beach, FL. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Richard Snow.

Prayers will begin at 9:30 am Tuesday, January 31, 2006 at Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, Port Clinton with a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated by Father Ray Ensman at 10:00 am at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Port Clinton. Visitation will be held Monday from 2:00 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 pm at Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, Port Clinton. Elks Lodge prayer services will be held Monday evening at 7:30 pm in the funeral home. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Port Clinton where Port Clinton American Legion Post will conduct military honors.
