Notification of Death - Jodi Jaye Baker

OFDA received word this morning about the death of Jodi Baker. Mrs. Baker, 42, died Tuesday, June 21, 2005 at The Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus. Her death was sudden and unexpected.

Jodi is survived by her husband, Scott D. Baker whom she married Aug. 25, 1984; and their two children, Ashley Elizabeth and Seth Duane Baker.

The funeral will be Friday, June 24, 2005 at 1:30 p.m. at the Grace Community Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Washington Cemetery. Friends may call at the Grace Community Baptist Church Thursday from 4-8 p.m.
