Cremation Arranger Certification
Learn to connect and build relationships with the families you serve. When your families say “cremation,” say, “let’s celebrate their life.” Share the value of the funeral by using a fresh approach to the arrangement process. You will learn to be articulate during this process, as well as a master of assessing your clients, online, on the phone and in person.

Crematory Operator Certification
This dynamic one day interactive course offers you extensive, in-depth training on how to operate a crematory retort properly and effectively, and limit the liability for your funeral home or crematory. (Required two hour Ohio crematory law section included)
8:00 am Registration 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Program
Attendees receive a comprehensive Operations Manual covering all aspects of crematory operation and maintenance. Online, open-book test required to receive your certification.
